PMP® and CAPM® Exam Guarantee Policy
At Instructing.com, we’re confident in the quality of our PMP® and CAPM® training programs. If you don’t pass your PMP® or CAPM® exam within two attempts, we’ll refund your tuition—no hassle, no hard feelings.
To qualify for this guarantee, the following conditions must be met:
The refund applies only to students who purchase the PMP Essentials, PMP Power Pack, Project Management Master Program, CAPM Essentials, CAPM Power Pack, or CAPM Master Program directly from Instructing.com.
You must complete 100% of all courses and lessons included in your purchased package before taking the PMP® or CAPM® exam.
You must take your first exam within 90 days of completing the full course package.
You must provide official exam score reports for both failed attempts, showing the exam dates and results.
Both exam attempts must occur within 12 months of your original course purchase date.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the second failed attempt.
The same PMI ID must be used for both exam attempts.
Refunds apply only to course tuition and do not include PMI exam fees, third-party purchases, or separately sold materials.
Students who share accounts, skip lessons, or violate the site’s Terms of Use are not eligible.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30 business days of verification.
Instructing.com reserves the right to verify course progress, exam records, and eligibility before issuing any refund.
